Our Real Estate Directory addon allows you to add lots of real estate specific feature to your directory. The plugin makes several new blocks / widgets / shortcodes available for building your real estate site. This addon can be used with your own theme or paired perfectly with our Real Estate specific theme.
Custom Fields
In addition to the 10 current built-in real estate custom fields, this addon adds the following:
- Property Energy Rating – This lets users enter their property energy rating for output with the new Energy Rating Chart block.
- Virtual Tour – Realtors that take advantage of virtual tour renders such as matterport.com by entering their tour URL which can then be rendered via the GD > Post Meta block.
Real Estate Blocks
GD > Energy Rating Chart
Most countries now require an energy assessment for realtors to sell properties. This block lets your users enter their ERC/EP rating and output it on a chart, it can be output in the EU or US style of chart.
GD > Mortgage Calculator
The Mortgage Calculator block can be used standalone on any page or, if used on the details page, can pull in the property value and prefill the details.
GD > Walk Score
The Walk Score block will pull the location of the listing in and provide walking distance scores for the property from https://www.walkscore.com/
