add event/place -> description goes text editor instead of visual

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi Guys,

    since some time, when i or a client try to add a place or event, the description part appears in text editor mode instead of visual editor…

    is there a way i can make it to be visual editor all the time?

    Hello,

    the setting for disabling the editor is part of the price package:

    GD – Prices and Payments – Price – Edit – Disable editor?

    If that isn’t working, write back with your site details and we can take a look.
