    How can I restrict “Add Post to only members ”
    Also, I want will only have one type of Post “Properties..”

    Currently, to add a listing .. The user needs to clock on the menu “Add Listing” and then “Add Property”

    How can I remove “Add Listing” step, and have “Add Property” on the menu .. (No inner menu)

    Only registered users can add listings, that is default.

    To add only Add Property to the menu, change your settings at GD > Design > Navigation

    Hi !
    I have a similar request :
    I have a subscription plan, and I want a restricted “add listing” so not everyone can add listing.
    What’s the best way to do that.
    Note: I use CharbeBee for the membership fees and I want to validate user by myself.

    Login users can comments and navigate the website
    Paid and verified users (pro) can add listings on the website

    Signup for the verified users (pro) will be a contact form notifying me that a pro is interested. Then I verified them and send them the membership link to pay.

    Currently I’m not using any plugin. Do you have a suggestion for a plugin compatible ?

    My question was : How can I disable the add listing option in GD ? Is it possible to “approve” user type so the “add listing” option is availiable ?

    In the mean time, does the listing are automaticaly approved or there is a way I can control them before it’s published on the website ?

    Only registered users can add listings.
    If you want different levels of access for different users, you need a membership plugin like s2member. There are others too.

    Verifying users manually before giving them registered status can be done using https://userswp.io/ and https://userswp.io/downloads/moderation/

    To have listings go to draft, have a look at GD > Design > Listings tab > New listing default status > Draft
