Bulk Upload Issue

    I managed to upload almost a thousand places with the first release of GD just using a .csv from MS Excel.

    After the new release and even if I tried to use OpenOffice Calc, following all the instructions and so on… still nothing.

    I upload the file and after clicking on the import button nothing happen, not even an error message.

    Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Hi,
    I really apologize for this inconvenience. It will be fixed in next release.
    Meantime plz download attached zip and extract .php file from it and upload it to ur core geodirectory > geodirectory_functions folder.

    Let me know if it works.

    Never use EXCEL.

    It’s not the right software to handle CSV files. It will add plenty of wrong formatting and alter your data.

    Hi Vikas,

    I updated GD and I still have the same issue.

    I can’t even upload the test file or a file with just few listings.

    Since it was working on the previous version, Can I just downgrade it?
