Changing the name of a country

    Hi!
    Is there a way, that I translate the name of a country in the headings, the location system and in the breadcrumbs, without changing the default English name in the URL address?
    Using the .po files changes it in the URL as well, but the site has already been indexed and I don’t want to serve 404 pages
