    Good morning,

    Is there a way for me to categories different users?

    For example only a wine Farmer can claim the listing once he registered but a normal user that is also registered can not claim a listing they can only comment and rate.

    You would probably need a membership plugin to achieve this. Try https://wordpress.org/plugins/s2member/
