I would like to know exactly how recurring events should work. I have a developer (reputable one from your site) working on my site and I would like to use the recurring events feature when creating events.
I expected, as the name suggests, that once you entered the recurring events and the post has been published that the numerous recurring events will show up as singular events in the listing pages for users to view. This is not happening though.
Lets say I put 5 recurring custom dates and times and submit, and yes I do tick all the right boxes. This goes to pending where admin checks it before publishing. When checking the event it only comes up with 1 date entered and it is not even one of the dates that was selected, it is today’s date. I publish as admin and go check listings and the event is only showing as 1 event for today’s date.
Can you please explain how recurring events should work and what should be seen on the listings page and in the related listings tabs (they aren’t showing here either), or am I missing something. Cheers
