Plugins Not Updating

    None of the plugins are updating and when the site is set up using Supreme Theme and you click on any of the 5 popular categories you get this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_tax_meta() in /home3/bestinct/public_html/lookny.com/wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_hooks_actions.php on line 4334

    Any help would be appreciated?

    Yep, it’s called not checking your membership and clicking update all!

    ahhhh… gunna change my backup system to twice a day 😉

    Please make sure you have GD + GD plugins are upto date.

    Hi,

    if the add-ons are not updating, probably you did not add the license key in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing.

    Licenses can be found here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

    You have to add them and activate them in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing.

    Let us know if that was the problem.

    I tried this and although I activated the missing license key, I still received the same error.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_tax_meta() in /wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_hooks_actions.php on line 4334

    I read elsewhere to replace get_tax_meta with get_term_meta but I didn’t want to tamper with geodir_location_hooks_actions.php without confirmation first.

    Hi,

    if you are getting that error, it means that you haven’t updated all Add-ons.

    There is nothing you need to edit in the code…

    If you provide a link and admin credentials we will tell you which add-ons still need updating.
