Can you please let me know a few things about how it works with invoices and timing.
If someone renews their subscription 10 days out from the end of their current plan are they credited with those 10 days? i.e. I send my first renewal notice out to businesses 10 days before their annual package is due to expire. If they renew 10 days out, will they then be given essentially 375 days on the new package? Or does the system forfeit those final 10 days they had on the previous year?
At the moment if someone adds their business I have it set that it goes to drafts first, so that i can review it (to make sure it’s appropriate for my site) before it is published. I noticed that the countdown of their package days starts the day they submit it rather than the day it is published. Can this be changed so that it only starts the day I publish it?
