search form sets up

    Hi,
    As a beginner in the area GD, I have some questions.
    I bought Advance Search, Location Manager, Pricing Manager Add-ons, but I cant set up “Location”, “Near me” and “Search for” in the header search form on the homepage.
    I need also the “Advanced search” button like showcase https://www.arbolife.com/en/directory/.
    My questions are:
    – need I other Add-ons?
    – can you help me to set up my search form?
