Singular Name Issue

    I have discovered that the Geodirectory > Custom Post Types > Labels > Singular Name is used for the following pages:

    Add new (custom post type) page
    Title of (custom post type) page

    1) Shouldn’t the Add New Item label be used for the Add new page text?

    2) Why isn’t there a label for the actual custom post type page title?

    Without #2, the page title reads “Business,” when it should say Businesses since it’s describing the entire list in that category. In my case, I’d prefer to call it “Business Directory.”

    Any ideas on how I can customize this?

    I want to do the same for the other post types as well.

    Hi,

    1) Add New Item label is only used for the back end. I think the “add business” in this case is correct and shouldn’t be plural.

    2) This I’m not sure what you are referring too. The CPT page title uses the plural http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/.

    Let me know if I misunderstood and please post links as example to help us understand.

    Do you mean to say that the CPT page title should be using the “Name” label?

    Where should that label be shown?

    Hi,

    please provide credentials.

    Screenshots help up to a certain point, they can’t be inspected and debugged.

    It appears that your title has been customized on that page. It should say : All Businesses.

    Hi,

    with several hundreds members served, we can’t store credentials of all nor go search them in old posts.

    The title for that page has been customized in this plugin: my-gd-plugin/mygdplugin.php

    Please ask to whoever worked on that to fix it.
