    Hello:
I’d like to set up a footer for Terms & Conditions. I have tried the following without success, At GD > Design > Listings tab, tick “Enable “Accept Terms and Conditions”. Then at GD > Permalinks > “Terms and Conditions page”, select the WP page you created with your terms. (Borrowed from this forum)
I installed “Agreeable” without success. This is more of a notice than a requirement. So I don’t need to have check boxes for confirmation. Also went to Appearance>Widgets>text widget and placed in Footer 2, typed in Terms & Conditions, filled in some plain text and nothing happens.

    Any suggestions?
    Thank you

    Hi there,

I’d like you to know that the http://communityporches.com/terms-conditions/ page uses the default footer widgets area and it’s not possible to use custom footer widget area without customization or some other 3rd party plugins. Anything you inserted here http://prntscr.com/f1qgvz will appear on all pages.

    Thanks!

Either option is fine with me. If it appears on all pages, then as my attorney would say, you have been warned!
In the 2nd mention of a plug-in, could you suggest one that would do the job without a PhD in coding as this is a area without any knowledge.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

You can try the JetPack Widget plugin and you can read more about it here https://jetpack.com/support/widget-visibility/

    Thanks
