The most HORRIBLE support system

    Unless I’ve completely gone off the rails and can’t see it…there is no way to find topics you’ve created. I’ve got issues all over the place trying to get my freaking login page to work and I’ve got it posted under both BuddyPress and CPT because it’s not going to a register/login page for non-logged in users, it’s going to a page with 2 links, register which goes to the BP registration page with a sidebar I can’t change. Where do I find support for to change the BP sidebars?

    The login link that shows up on the add-listing page goes to a wp-admin page, not the /login/ which has the [gd_login_box] that shows up as shortcode when visited on the front of the site. And…is that ‘ANOTHER’ forum?

    How is anyone supposed to find help or track the issues they have going on if they can’t find a link to a topic they’ve started anywhere?

    And let’s not leave out the issues in the Supreme Theme.

    This really sucks!

    Regarding the “The login link that shows up on the add-listing page goes to a wp-admin page” issue, are you trying to allow registration upon adding listing? This can be done using this option https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/#gd

    Ya…The issue was is that I was looking at my account page.
    Still waiting on reply for my login page issue. This is the only thing stoping me from asking people to test it out.

    I take that back…crap…I can’t find it again… There isn’t a way to navigate to that page from your account/profile page.

    Tell me what I have to click, to find my topics, coming from the support page….

    If I click my account>support I get the support page with no sidebar or my info.
    There isn’t a way to navigate to that link you sent me, not that I can find

    I’ve figured out what it is that was driving me nuts about navigation…

    The sidebar assigned to “Profile” doesn’t have the link to /support-history/.
    Neither does the sidebar for
    /topics-started/
    /topics-replied/
    The other pages do…but not the ones related to support.

    The only way to get back to your history is to select a non-relative menu item or go to the orange Account button and click and then click to MY Account.

    The profile page you land on is just an empty page with the following notice and the wrong sidebar links(imho).

    License Keys and Downloads are under the Downloads page.

    Hi Doug,

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve opened the > Account Button > My Account > I’m able to see the support history link on the sidebar as shown in the attached screenshot. That link should display all your open topics(tickets). Are you not seeing this on your end?

    Yes It does…

    But I have to go to the Orange button or click another tab/menu item to get to the link to support history. Wouldn’t you think that if you clicked on Topics Started or Replied you’d get the menu item as well on either of those 2 pages for your history? All the other menu items have the support history in the sidebar…just not the ones that have anything to do with support.

    Click your profile image
    Click anything “but” a support link
    Click support history

    Or

    Click the Orange account button
    Click the My Account button
    Click Support History

    or optimally

    Click profile image
    Click Support History

    The biggest issue for myself…Especially with this many different forums to manage so mant areas and topics of support… The workflow to get back to your history isn’t intuitive at all. Once you click your profile page you’re hunting for your history until you realize it’s on a non-related page and/or you have to go back to your ‘account page’ instead of from a support link such as the ones mentioned above.

    This is what makes no sense in my opinion.
