HTML editor for admin only

Is it possible to allow HTML editing on listings for admin users only? I don't want public users to have access to this because the cut and paste of hidden code will create too much of a problem but I do want admin users to be able to format text and add links etc.

As far as I know that is set inside the packages you offer. Inside the settings of a package people can select to add a place or listing when you click "advanced settings" (on the top right of the page) you can disable HTML.
