Hi, I just had a non-local busines submit a listing to my local business directory. I expected to just go in and change a status to 'declined' or similar but the only options are Published, Pending Review, Draft, Closed Down and Expired? There's no Rejected or Declined?
Looking in the User emails section, I see User emails to let them know their listing is under review and for when it is published, but nothing for 'listing declined.'
Being able to Decline or Reject - and trigger the appropriate email response - seems like a pretty basic requirement for an approval process - what am I missing?
