    Hi:
    Just received this error message and am seeking help. Not sure what is means or how to repair the error. Running current version of WordPress and GD v1 at this site.
    Can you provide any suggestions?

    Thanks for your post. I think you’ve installed the wrong version of the plugin as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/installation/#version . Could you share both WP and FTP access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

    If you have a web file manager, then login and remove the rating manager plugin to see if it resolves the issue.

    The link did not work. Please post CPanel details and we can check out the issue.

    Deactivate the GD Dashboard. It is for V1 only.

    On this site I am running v1.

    I deactivated the GD dashboard now all I have is a completely blank page. No web site, nothing but a white screen.
    What next?

    GD is not installed

    Yes, I think the problem is that GeoDirectory was deactivated and deleted while all the GD Addons were still active.

    GD is installed now and seems to be working.

    However, all your images are missing. Check the media library to see that. Did you move the site recently?

    I have no idea where the media disappeared to, I did not move it at all.
