Create New Page with Single Category

Hi – I have created a new page on my Directory site which has A-Z of listings but could you please advise if it’s possible to have another single page which just lists a single category (e.g. food and drink)?

Also, if this is possible can you please advise how I create this new page and amend it as if I try and add the page to a menu using GDHome page as the basis for a new page it simply links to the GD Home page as well?

My site is http://www.bostontown.co.uk/directory and i’m using the GEO Travel Theme.
