custom post types, categories and price packages.

Hi all

I’m having some trouble in working out the custom post types, allocating categories to them and then having a relevant price package.

I am aware that you can exclude categories from the price packages but this is only available when using the gd_place post category. Price packages that are set up for other custom post types does not allow me to do this as the box in which the category types would be selected is empty and doesn’t allow me to write them in.

With the advanced search plugin activated I am able to search by post type and that gives results but when clicking on the categories that run across the bottom of the map widget on the home page the results show no posts found.
