Change number of custom posts on category page

    Hello,

    I currently have 12 posts showing on a category page in a 3 grid column.

    I tried to change it

    Settings -> Reading -> number of posts: 12

    I want this to show 15, but it does not allow me to change this, when saved the number of posts remain at 12.

    (My home page has 15 – want the individual categories to also show 15)

    I looked for widgets for a content section but there’s nowhere to change it

    Some themes have a setting for number of posts per page that overrides the WP settings.
    Without a URL and admin details we cannot check that though, but have a look at your theme settings.
