Can you help with changing the text in the Add Location form?

Hello,
I’ve read over the documentation on how to change the text on the first few questions of the Add Location form, and I’m not sure I understand it enough to feel like I can do it without messing the site up. I was able to use the options within the framework to change other fields.
Can you help with this?

The first question “Business Owner/Associate?” is not needed as there may be multiple signups from the same location.
“Listing Title” needs to read “Your Name”
“Listing Description” needs to read “Your Bio and Services”
