I am not really sure what you are asking here, that is the GD sign-in/up page, it can let users signup or sign in from the front end. Please explain the problem?

Everybody with an account is a user, even if they are an admin.

In another post you wanted Supreme activated, and it seems you did think that Supreme is a directory plugin, but it is only a theme.
So I activated your Avada child theme again.

If you do not want to change the theme, you only need to activate the GD plugins you want, forget about the themes.
