Hi,

We have just purchased the Multilocations add-on, and installed it successfully. On copying across the licence code from the downloads page in my account and pasting it into the box for Location Manager, I get the message “Licence not activated! Please renew or seek support”

The site at http://dinnerdata.co.uk is running WordPress 4.4.2, the directory starter theme and GeoDirectory plugin plus the GeoDirectory Location Manager add-on.

We have since installed wp-clone by wp academy as an additional plugin, but the problem with licencing happened before this installation, as well as since.

From what I can tell we have the new style licencing view under “Auto updates / licensing”, and the plugin itself appears to be functioning OK.

Help please?
