No records found error

    I have setup my own business in the directory but when I go to GD home page and the business directory it gives me the following error

    No Records Found
    Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.

    I’ve looked through the forum but haven’t found a solution so far that works. Can you help.

    Also, what is the purpose of the multi-site addon? Can you have multiple businesses displayed in the geodirectory as is or do I need the addon to have multiple businesses listed and have them upload their own information on the front end? Thank you!

    Hi,

    please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will check your settings.

    There is no multi site add-on. I believe you are referring to the Location manager add-on, which is needed if you intend to create a directory for more than one city.

    Every listing needs to be at least in one category.
    And category icons should be about 50 x 50 pixels.
