Hello,

I am using WordPress 4.0 and GeoDirectory 1.2.4

I have been looking through the forums but I can not find something that really answers my question. I would like to change the word “Place(s)” to something else.

I understand that the backend code uses places for functionality but I was wondering if there was a way for just the frontend text (‘All Places’, ‘Place Categories’, ‘Review this Place’) to be changed. I am using it for individuals so I would like to just change it to ‘Stylist’ (All Stylist, Stylist Categories, Review this Stylist).

Hello, you can do it going in the Geodir settings, then in Custom post type, and edit the Places custom post type. You will find all the editable fields in there.

Ok i’ve sorted it, I needed to add the custom post type plugin 🙂
