I’ve recently purchased an annual subscription for the plugin and very impressed with the product so far but have quite a few questions to be able to customise it in the way I want.
My first question relates to the search form and actually involves both the multilocation plugin and custom post types:
I have created the custom post type, Accommodation and create categories within it such as Hotels, Hostels, Guesthouses etc and when someone goes onto the accommodation page I want there to be a drop down box containing those options for them to choose from rather than the existing box which is just contains a list of the existing custom post types.
The other search field that I would like on there is one that contains the Cities that I have created in the Multiregions add one. I have attached a screenshot of how I ideally want this to look.
* I should also note that I also have the events add on and when someone goes on to the events page, I would like for the search form to contain a date box if possible.
Is this possible through the native admin settings or with some amount of custom code? I have some development experience so if it is possible and instructions can be provided I should be able to follow them.
I hope my requirement is clear but please let me know if I have not explained anything properly 🙂
