I tried to upgrade Supreme Directory to 0.3 via Appearance>Themes>Add New
I get this message, Destination folder already exists. /home/sdm/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/

    Theme install failed.

I have updated Directory Starter, should I FTP/CPanel copy the new files?
Is the an SQL that needs to run also?

    Hi,

being a child theme, it can only be updated via FTP. Once you overwritten the old files there is nothing else to do.

    Thanks

After updating all the plugins the detail page now looks more like a Directory Starter page with tabs for Photos, Map, More info, Reviews, Related

Not sure why it might have changed?

It seems that a lot of code for the detail page in functions.php has changed.
Let’s ask Paolo if that was on purpose, maybe so the sidebar becomes a lot more useful to add other things maybe.

    Hi,

    please read : https://wpgeodirectory.com/release-of-v-1-6-2/

    That is a new feature:

We also added an option to remove details page tabs and show content as a list.

You can find it gd > design > detail > Detail Page Tab Settings

    Thanks

Thanks I had already looked there

I would still like the photo thumbnails and map to appear on the right hand side as per the demo below so that the reviews are higher in the content on desktops. Can not see how to achieve this in gd > design > detail > Detail

    Hi guys..
Did not see a Supreme Directory support page so I will just put this here..

Please how can I put a password forgotten link on the login form of the home page of the SD theme? It seems a bit ‘much’ to have to go to the default login page to send forms to retrieve a password.

    Thank you!

I’d like to see a “Forgotten Password” link in the “My Account” drop down at the top right. Is that something that can be done? I think users could get confused looking for it.

    Thanks!

    @Brett

exclude the tabs that you want to see in sidebar from gd > design > detail > Exclude selected tabs from detail page. They will show in sidebar.

The forgotten password is currently available in the gd-login page.

I asked to the developers to add the link in the account dropdown too.

    Thanks
