Blank screen after clicking activate

Hi Tim,

do you have access to the server change log? White screen is normally due to a php fatal error.

For example it could be due to 2 functions (1 from our plugin and 1 from another plugin or the theme) with the same name.

In this case there is no need to reinstall wordpress and delete db tables, all you need to do is to remove our plugin from the wp-content/plugins folder via FTP client to deactivate it.

By looking at your change log we can find out what error is generating the white screen and offer a solution.

We would need wp admin and ftp credentials for this, you can send them with a private reply here so that only moderators can see them.

I’ve tried activating the plugin and I got the error, but I am unable to access your FTP to fix it.

I keep getting : Access denied.
