Very Confusing Setting Hours Of Operation

    Hi,

    We seem to be having a major issue with setting the individual hours of operation for our listings.

    If you first click on the checkbox to set the hours, then attempt to set the hours, the checkbox comes unchecked. Then if you attempt to set the hours before checking the checkbox, and then go to check the checkbox after setting the hours, the hours disappear. This is very confusing and I can only imagine that a merchant would not be as persistent nor able to figure this out. Is there a way so that once we check the checkbox to set the hours, it does not come unchecked when we start adding the hours?

    Not only is it very confusing but it’s also not saving the hours. After going thru all that to set the hours and saving the update, it set the hours to “Open 24 Hours”. So I have to just check the box that says do not use hours of operation until this gets fixed.

    Hi Robert, as Guust said, your best support method is to contact me directly. In this case, the plugin is working fine.

    The checkbox, as identified by the title at the top of the column, indicates Open 24 Hours. The times indicate specific times, which obviously conflicts with the 24 Hour option so it gets reset.

    Same with the option on the night, which is Closed All Day, it will also remove all times.

    Hi Jeff,

    The real issue as shown in the video is that when we go to check the box beside a day to start to add hours, once you check the box beside Monday for example and then click inside the Opening Time, it immediately unchecks the box that we just checked to add the hours by itself. And you have to go back and forth several times doing this just to get the hours and checkbox to stay the way you set them.

    The other issue is that AFTER i set all of the hours according to the merchants schedule and then went to update the listing, it changes by itself AGAIN to reflect that the merchant is open 24 hours.

    Please let me know if you would like an admin login to be able to test it out and see what is happening. We are using Google Chrome but I can’t imagine that is causing this problem.

    There is still some confusion there. The checkbox is NOT related to setting hours. It means the location is open 24 Hours.

    You would either check the box OR set the hours, not both.

    Oh ok Jeff! Sorry about the confusion on my end! Thank you for clarifying this for me. Hahahaha….I thought i was going insane there for a minute. Thank you!
