    Is it possible to get the login box to show the new user sign up instead of the regular login?

    So you want to replace the GD login widget with the new signup for non-logged in users as from the right hand side of http://utilitymarketconnections.com/dev/gd-login/?signup=1 ?
    How will existing users login then, if they are not already?

    It would require a customization which is outside support.
    Why not styling the New User? link more prominently? That might suffice?
