I received notification on the backend that 7 of the geodirectory’s plugin and 1 theme have updates available. But running the updates I get this message.

message: An error occurred while updating GD Booster: Download failed. Unauthorised

My licensing are all up-to-date as this is a relatively new account and installation.

Please help.

As i mentioned in your other post i can’t get your GD page to even load, can you provide FTP and i’ll check if i can see a reason.
