BBpress Forum root issue

Good day, I am sure I am missing something very simple but cannot seem to get the forum root to display properly within BBpress. After doing some research on the bbpress site they suggested (via another persons problem) that my issue has something to do with the framework of the theme. I am using the supreme directory theme.

When in the forum, if I click on the “Plant · Pick· Share › Forums ” root, it takes me to some sort of truncated page and not to the forum root page. I have tried playing with the slugs but have not found out how to make this function properly.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
