integrating GD into members-only site

i am building a members-only site where logged in-members (but not non-logged visitors; registration is free) can view events and where i want logged-in event providers to be able to add and manage paid-for listings.

i was proposing to use ‘restrict content’ plugin to manage restriction of content from non-logged-in users but am unclear whether GD can manage this for me. As I understand it from your materials, the GD prices/payments addon manages listings rather than users and so I will still need to combine with a basic wordpress membership plugin. Can you please confirm (i) my understanding is correct and i will still need to combine with a basic wordpress membership plugin and (ii) whether you would recommend ‘restrict content’ or an alternative plugin to work in conjunction with GD.
