Two Client Emails Sent When Set to Auto Approve

    which is now closed to replies. I was going to add this as a feature request, but it seems more like a bug to me. Can’t you just disable the “claim listing request” email if the option to auto approve is set to yes? That way, *only* the “Claim Listing verification required” email will be sent.

    Claiming a listing is often the first time a visitor will be engaged with the site, and is a first step to signing up and paying for a listing, so we don’t want to be annoying out of the gate! I can’t think of any way to edit the Claim Listing Request for auto approved claims that makes it look like anything other than a nuisance to the client.
