    Hi Giuseppe,

I don’t see any listing at all.

Could you provide wp admin credeentials in a private reply?

Did you run the DB tool for wordpress multisite convertion in GD Tools?

    Let us know,

    Thx

You had named your permalink for listings the same way as the slug for gd_place.
I changed the permalink (to something incorrect – my Italian is non-existing) so it works now.
I also added a map to http://www.rulezapp.com/site/location/ so you can see your listings.

    Hi Guust,
thank you very much…I was going crazy with that.

Unfortunately I have a further problem now.
    http://www.rulezapp.com/site/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
when adding a new listing the map disappeared.
Can you have a look a that as well?
    Thank you

    Hi,

most of your addons are outdated. Using the latest version of GD with old addons is the best way to get errors. Whenever you update the core you MUST always update also the addons, for which an update has been released.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo,
I fully understand that but once I try to update the addons I get the following error:
Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. Internal Server Error.

I don’t have an active membership since I bought all the addons via themetailors.com. What should I do?

    Please read here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/auto-updates-issues-please-report-here/

You need to login to themetailors.com, navigate to the “My Orders” page, download updated copies and manually update via FTP.

Autoupdates for TT Users will be extended soon.

    Thanks

I have uploaded all the addons but the issue was not fixed. I still don’t see the map when adding new listing.

Did you try creating categories in bulk with a 3rd party plugin?

I’d try deleting them all and see if that fixes. Categories should only be created using GD admin page for them.

I’ll ask to Stiofan to think about creating a bulk tool for them too.

    Thx

I have deleted all the categories but still the problem has not been fixed. Adding a listing I don’t see the map on the add-listing page.

    Hi again,

I’ve tried anything that I could think of. I even switched to wp default theme and disabled all plugins (which made the map in location page finally work), but I couldn’t solve the map not appearing in the add listing page.

The only thing left would be a database issue. I see duplicator installed and while i can’t be sure of this, I assume it could have something to do with this.

This is what I would try now:

    1) drop all db tables
    2) re-install wordpress starting with a fresh database
    3) install theme and GD + addons before activating any other plugins
    4) test if add listing page work

If this doesn’t work, it can only be a server thing, but I doubt. In any case if installing in a fresh wp install doesn’t work, we would need phpmyadmin and ftp credentials to debug.

    Let us know.

    Thx
