We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I just spent sometime showing an associate the progress of Ace911.com. I was at “their” work station and getting their input on the functionality.

    I had them click on the navigation menu item “Members” and watched their reaction. Within a couple of seconds the site redirected her back to the home page.

    She clicked on the Learn how to search page and again…. after a couple of seconds it redirected back to the home page.

    Why is this happening at her work station and not mine? And why is it redirecting?

    Probably she needs to clear her browser geolocation settings. Changing browser on that same PC would have showed different behaviour.

    It’s probably best if you enable to option to always ask to users if they wish to be GeoLocated to solve this. The option is in GD >> Advance Search.
