I recently set up quite a few events for a theatre, setting them up in the normal way (i.e. using the “add event” form). I then published all the events (using the bulk edit option in the backend) and then used bulk edit again to transfer them to the theatre’s author account. I published first (rather than transfer and then publish) to ensure all the “published successfully” emails went to me (rather than clogging up their in box).
However, I noticed earlier that whilst these events show on the events listings page, when clicking on them I get a “not found” error.
It looks like the bulk edit change of editor is the culprit. I guess I could go in and manually change author on each one but it is a bit of a pain when the bulk edit should be capable of doing it.
