Create additional fields for registration

    So I see all that is required to register is an email and first and last name. How can I add more fields like company, phone/email, etc.? Also I want to be able to pend approval on user sign-ups. I saw in the documentation how to redirect people to a page after signing up, so that is what I’ll need and have it say that their account is pending approval, but wasn’t able to find documentation on my other needs. Thanks

    Hi,

    you will need another plugin for user management for that. GeoDirectory only provide a simple user registration form.

    The only one that is fully compatible at the moment is Buddypress.

    Can I also achieve approval or disapproval of users this way? I want to have user sign ups/requests go through approval and not go live yet.

    You will need Buddypress and the BP integration add-on. ONce installed your site will use the Buddyrpess registration form that can be customized as you wish with new fields.
