Is there anyway to separate out the steps required to add a paid listing? Payment flows are notoriously difficult and often have very high drop off rates. Asking the user to spend time and effort crafting their listing prior to payment is asking for trouble. Many things can go wrong prior to payment which will result in a lost customer. A better UX flow would have the user pay for the service and then be able to create their listing in their own time by saving as a draft or publishing when they like.
The process at the moment is:
1. Select payment plan
2. Register
3. Confirm email
4. Fill out listing
5. Pay
6. (I’ve not gone this far but assume the user’s listing goes live or they save as draft?)
Suggested process:
1. Select payment plan
2. Register
3. Confirm email
4. Pay
5. Create listing
6. Either publish or save as draft
Is this at all possible?
