    Possibly the wrong file permissions, can you provide wp-admin and FTP and tell me how to replicate the error and i’ll check.

    Your php error_log file is very big, its full of notices, maybe you want to not log them.
    It might be related but it might not.
    I could clear the cache ok on your site without seeing that error.
