Option Groups (filter)

When creating different “ticks” or “checks” for the filters in the option group how do I change the name of one of the options without losing the data connected? example: If I have Pizza as a filter option and I have stores that have ticked off pizza, how do I change the name from pizza to burgers without losing the stores associated to pizza? so pretty much I now want the stores that were connected to “pizza” to be connected to “burgers” instead.
