    Help

    I just bought the location manager and i cant update it ? I checked the username an password and it still not working ?

    Hi Tessa,

    I see your user as a “Free User” I assume you bought the location manager on ThemeTailors, if so please go to My Account(top right)>Edit Profile>Profile>ThemeTailors Sales: Sync forum access

    If you used the same email to sign up here then your account will then show “TT User” and you will have access to the location manager forum and access to auto updates.

    Let me know if you have any problems.

    When i enter my username and password in
    wp-admin/admin.php?page=geodirectory&tab=auto_update_fields
    it doesn’t tell me if the username and password I have entered is correct or not, it just reloads the page.
