Change the layout of detail page

    Hi, I want to make a massive change to the detail page. What is the best way to do without touching the core files?

    I want to be able to change the order of the things from the sidebar e.g. map first etc also to display some custom fields where is the slider, basically to change the layout almost 100%

    1. Also unable to find where can I setup the google map zoom from the sidebar.
    2. Remove the sticky map when hover down on detail page

    To Sum Up:

    1. I want to make a massive change to the detail page. What is the best way to do without touching the core files?

    3. How to remove the sticky map when hover down on detail page
    4. Edit the ADD A Listing page layout without touching the core files. e.g. change the order of the fields, etc.

    Hi,

    1) you will ahve to add code to your theme functions.php file to move things around. I’d suggest to have a look at this topic to get started: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/logo-for-listing-listing-details-page-stylemay-be-a-feature-request/

    You will find plenty of example in the forum searching for something like remove_action (almost every customization start with that).

    Other example could be:

    2) In Appearance >> Widgets >> GD detail right sidebar and adjust zoom in GD > Gmap Listing page widget.

    3) same as above, disable sticky map from the same widget
