Can I upgrade my membership subscription?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I currently have a 6 month subscription due to auto renew in May. Is there a way I can change this to the 12 months monthly payments subscription or do I need to cancel one and open up another ?

    Hi,

    that is correct, simply cancel the approved recurring payment for the 6 months subscription on your paypal account, than the day the old membership expires, signup for the 12 months option.

    Subscription days are not cumulative. So if you start it now, you will lose what’s left of the 6 months.
