Support:

I have the complete membership package and I have tried using the themes Geo 1280 Genesis (child), Geo Bold (child), & Geo Travel (child) but they say that the main theme is not available. I have tried the Geo Directory Framework & Directory starter as the parent themes and it still doesn’t work.

Does my membership include these themes? I thought it does. How do I get download access to the parent theme for the child themes mentioned? Because it isn’t available as a download but all the child themes are in my account.

Hi,

the parent theme for these 3 child themes is called Genesis and it is not one of our themes. It must be purchased aside here: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/genesis/

This info is available in the product page too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/geo-1280-genesis-child-theme/ (To use GeoTravel, you will need to have to Genesis framework installed. Get Genesis)
