Issue with draft mode instead of live mode events

Dear support team,

I need help in understanding and may in the case of not proper working settings or system. Screen shot

Actually I have the problem that after paid subscription and then the subscription is been cancelled within paypal subscriber account, then the listing is in draft mode but shall be in live mode as it would be a downgrade to free enabled according price settings. Screen shot
