registration part not working

Hi again

My registration is not working. I tested it as a new user a few times and came up with this

‘You cannot register with this form. Please use the registration page found on the website instead.’

I don’t have other membership plugins or what not it’s only the GEO can you assist?

Hi Glenn,

There is something else going on here as I’m seeing a white background on the homepage as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/eujytj . Could you please try deactivating non-gd plugins and see if it fixes it? Let us know how it goes.
