Well it’s been great using Geodirectory. Support has been first class and the permalink structure is wonderful!
The reason I’m leaving though is the fact that if you BUY an add-on, then it’s never really yours, as you need to buy it again a year later at full price, and I wasn’t prepared to do that.
Half of the add-ons available from gaining a membership I’d never have used, so I wasn’t prepared to go down that route either.
I’d like to wish all involved at Geodirectories all the best for now, and when your ‘sustainable business model’ takes into account those that don’t need a full membership of around twenty add-ons that need renewing every year, I’ll be the first user knocking on the door!
