    Hi there,

I’m posting this here because I don’t know which addon section to post it in. The issue I appear to be having is this: I can’t delete multiple addons (Buddypress, Events, Location Manager, Reviews, Payment Manager). It just sits there saying “deleting…” forever. To give background, I wanted to reset Geodirectory to defaults, and thats why I wanted to delete everything (even though last time I did that, too many setting seemed to be imported from my last install).

At this point, I have already deleted the core plugin without issues, and have deactivated Buddypress and other plugins that are related to the addons. Still, though, they just sit there saying “deleting…” for infinity.

    Thanks in advance,

I guess a follow up question I have is also: is there a way to just reset settings to defaults without having to totally delete everything?

    Thanks again,

    Hi Ben,

You can use uninstall settings to remove all data from database http://prntscr.com/eydoq9 . Then reinstall it. Let me check on your Website first.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ben,

I’ll need the admin login to check why the uninstallation is not working.

    Thanks!

Honestly, at this point, is there anything I should know about just deleting them from my file manager, or can you guys provide me queries to delete the right tables? It just says internal server error.

    Hi Ben,

I’ll ask a developer to check on this, at the meantime, please provide an access to your FTP and database in private reply.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ben,

I deleted all GD plugins now.
It is recommended that you first delete sub GD plugins and then delete the main parent GeoDirectory plugin.
For BuddyPress Integration it is dependable on BuddyPress plugin, so it can’t get deleted without BuddyPress active. But now we have fixed it also.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

Thanks, after testing I can say all is well. I’ll follow your advice in the future.

    Thanks,
