Add Listing Dorm Admin

Hi, I think this is a weird one. We have the add listing form showing on the front end, no problem. The issue that I am having is that the entire area of the Geodirectory dashboard that contains the form editing is not showing up in the admin. I have searched the forums and the documentation, and I don’t see anything like this. I also disabled all plugins that weren’t mission critical, and it still didn’t show up. Do I have to reinstall? If so, will I loose all of the vast customization that I have done? Note that I didn’t hack any code, I only used Geo. according to instructions. Also, we own everything Geo. makes, what areas might need reinstalling, or is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Attached is a basic screen shot of what I see. Where SHOULD it be? Am I missing something??
