Arranging Fields

    Have two screenshots attached. Number 1 shows the fields that are available to be moved, re-arranged etc. Screenshot 2 shows what is being displayed on the form itself. It would appear as if there are fields on the form, such as city and state that can’t be re-arranged per what is instructed in screenshot 1. We don’t want city, state etc to be at the bottom of the form.
    We’d prefer to move it up, but can’t see how
